Sweat

On-Ramp

(Our beginners course)

If you’ve been curious about CrossFit but feel unsure about jumping straight into a class, our Coastal Fitness On-Ramp is the perfect place to start.

Your stepping stone into CrossFit (Starts 31st March)

The On-Ramp is a small-group introduction to CrossFit, designed to teach you the fundamental movements and help you feel confident stepping into regular classes.

In four sessions across two weeks, we’ll guide you through the key skills you’ll see in classes including barbell basics, bodyweight movements, and how classes are structured.

Because these sessions are limited to just 6 people, you’ll get plenty of coaching and time to learn at your own pace.

What to expect:

  • £40 for 4 structured beginners sessions

  • Small groups (maximum 6 people)

  • Learn the fundamental CrossFit movements

  • Understand how classes run

  • Build confidence before joining regular classes

How it works:

Your On-Ramp includes four sessions over two weeks:

  • 2 sessions in week one (Tuesday & Thursday 7:30pm)

  • 2 sessions in week two (Tuesday & Thursday 7:30pm)

If you miss a session? No problem, you can make it up in another week. You can book up to a month in advance, once you have purchased your pass, find the classes on our timetable and book away!
